I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
Processing time for orders are 1 to 4 business days and for pre-order items the processing time is 14 to 28 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 5 to 10 business days, and 10 to 15 days internationally. Please keep in mind that during Holidays or launches this timeframe may be extended. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via USPS within the United States and shipped via DHL internationally.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
